I hope your legs feeling better than mine, just got back from a 2 hour ride and could not manage a decent pace, despite being back for 4 days.

Hi Vince,
I have yet to cycle since coming back monday at noon (my time).
I am planning a short spin tonite of 50-60 km so I will see if the legs are holding up!
